We are upgrading to the next phase of the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) which will mean that almost all our prescriptions will be processed electronically from 4 March 2020.
Electronic prescriptions help save the NHS money.
You will receive your prescriptions in the same way as you do now.
Read more about EPS on the NHS website.

You may be aware that all GP Practices are required to provide all their patients with a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to them.
Please ask at reception for this information.
Please be aware that our Gresham Street number is not always as busy as Burton Road and we do recommend that you try this option at busy times. The number is 01522 872878
The Practice has increased provision of service and has a Pharmacist working here 4 days per week.
He is able to carry out medication reviews and discuss any issues you are having with your medication.
This is a valuable addition to the clinical staff at Cliff House Medical Practice, and gives more choice and appointment availability for patients, allowing them to access the correct clinician for their needs.
Please see attached NHS Guidance for patients with regard to medicines supply. https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/medicines-information/getting-your-medicines-if-theres-no-deal-eu-exit/
